Dave and Nancy LeppardLead Pastor-  Rev. David Leppard

David, born in October, 1950, was raised in southern California.  He graduated from Wheaton College, IL, in 1972, and Wheaton Graduate School in 1975.  He is ordained with the Christian and Missionary Alliance, as well as with the Pillar of Fire and has pastored churches since 1975 in the U.S. and in West Africa.  He has three grown and married children and 5 grandchildren and has been married to Nancy since 1972.

 

Jacobson FamilyAssociate Pastor of Worship Arts- Rev. Troy Jacobson

Troy has been an Ordained Pastor with the Christian & Missionary Alliance for the past 16 years. It's his joy to see Followers of Jesus express themselves in honest and vulnerable worship before God and to help them discover and 'put to use' the gifts that God has given them for service in His Kingdom. His family (Pamela, Caleb, Emily) began serving the people of Coastside Church six years ago and enjoy serving as a family in as many ways as creativity allows.

 

Behren's FamilyOffice Manager- Cara Behrens

Cara joined the C3 staff in 2007 as Office Adminstrator and now as Office Manager. She also helps out in the Childrens Ministries and serves on the C3 Worship Team as keyboardist and vocalist. Cara has a passion for worshiping the Lord through music and strives to encourage others to 'make a joyful noise unto the Lord!'. She is a native San Franciscan who moved to the beautiful coastal town of Pacifica in 1997 and hasn't looked back! Cara was married to Tom for 19 wonderful years and God has blessed her with two incredible kids, Josh and Elizabeth.

 

Flaa FamilyOffice Administrator- Stephanie Flaa

Stephanie Flaa was born and raised in Montana.  She recieved a degree in Church Ministries with a Missions Emphasis from Northwest University in 2000.  Stephanie is married to Richard and has a son, Jackson.  They moved to Pacifica in the summer of 2005 and Stephanie began working for Coastside that fall.  She has a passion for organization and seeing people grow in their knowledge of Christ, here and abroad.
